Shipping Info

Shipping Process
  • All items will be individually packaged in poly bags with their labels (style, size and color)
  • Orders will be shipped via FedEx or UPS. (DHL if international)
  • The shipping fee will be calculated when orders over $1000 are ready to ship and you will be invoiced. We can use your account number if you preferred.
  • All international orders will be invoiced as well.
  • Flat rate for orders under $500 will be $20.
  • Flat rate for orders under $1000 will be $30.
  • Samples by request will be paid for by the customer.
  • All orders ship from our warehouse in Las Vegas, NV.

Turnaround Time

Once your order is successfully submitted, our awesome shipping team works hard to get your order packed, so it can be on its way within 2 weeks. (please note that we are closed on weekends and holidays)

If your order is over 500 pieces, it would take about 3-4 weeks to ship out. 

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is successfully packed for shipment, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number directly from our website. You can also log into your account, go to orders and check the tracking number.  

Missing Package

  • Please allow 24 hours from the time that FedEx or UPS shows your package as delivered for your package to arrive.
  • If 24 hours has passed since FedEx or UPS tracking shows it as delivered, and your package has still not arrived please contact Rolita Couture or the delivery service.
  • If a package is not delivered due to the incorrect address being provided to Rolita Couture at the time of purchase, Rolita Couture is not liable for mis-delivery.
