Terms and Conditions

WHOLESALE TERMS

  • Opening Order Minimum of $500
  • Minimum of 6 pieces per style
  • Re-Order minimum of $300.
  • All payments are made via CC, Paypal or wire transfer.

TURNAROUND TIME

Once your order is successfully submitted, our awesome shipping team works hard to get your order packed, so it can be on its way within 2 weeks. (please note that we are closed on weekends and holidays)

For orders over 300 pieces, it would take about 3-4 weeks to ship out. 

SHIPPING

  • All items will be individually packaged in poly bags with their labels (style, size and color)
  • Orders will be shipped via FedEx or UPS. (DHL if international)
  • The shipping fee will be calculated when orders over $1000 are ready to ship and you will be invoiced. We can use your account number if you preferred.
  • All international orders will be invoiced as well.
  • Flat rate for orders under $500 will be $20.
  • Flat rate for orders under $1000 will be $30.
  • Samples by request will be paid for by the customer.
  • All orders ship from our warehouse in Las Vegas, NV.

RETURNS and EXCHANGES

  • Returns and exchanges will only be accepted if the items are damaged.
  • Cancellations will not be accepted if your order is in process.

CLEARANCE and SALE

  • All items on clearance or sale are FINAL.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

In the event that any items on your order are out of stock, we will notify you immediately.  You can choose to cancel that item, replace it with a different item, or wait for the item to be restocked. 

PRODUCT INFORMATION

We use high quality spandex fabric and work with independent talented artists to make unique prints that are only available at our store. All our items are ethically made in our warehouse located in Las Vegas. 

All orders are placed via our wholesale website or email.
